When will my order ship?
Delivery time starts as soon as LisaMaret has received the customer’s payment.
Domestic shipping’s (NL) are fulfilled within 1-5 working days after receiving your payment.
Orders for countries within the EU will take up to 3-7 working days. Rest of the world 5-30 days.

How much are the shipping costs?
Domestic shipping’s (NL) will be shipped with PostNL has track&trace and costs are €3,95 per order.
International Shipping is fulfilled at 5 – 30 working days.
The costs will depend on the location of your country/city.

Note: Customers outside the European Union can be charged with import duties or local sales taxes, for which LisaMaret is not responsible.
It rarely happens, but when a delivery gets stuck in transit we will do everything to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address that is safe and secure.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for up to 10 working days after items are received/delivered. All returns must be sent with track and trace.
Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition.
In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. Please allow 4-7 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Note: Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Info@lisamaret.nl. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please inspect your items upon arrival, as claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Repairs may be subject to a repair fee.
